Fried Chicken Salad review by Imhuberma
This is one of the best salad's I've ever had in my entire life. I go to bed thinking about it and I wake up craving it. The chicken is perfectly crispy, the pickled vegetables on it add the perfect amount of freshness, each bite is just perfectly balanced. 10/10.

When I visit Michigan, a trip to Elk Rapids for Pearl's is an absolute must! I absolutely love everything about going. The atmosphere is like a trip to New Orleans and the food transports you there. The cocktails are a must try especially anything seasonal with cherries! I love their gator and crawfish corn chowder. It is as good as anything you can get in new orleans. The consistency is what i return for everytime. I am NEVER disappointed. I will continue to return to Pearl's whenever I can. So, if you are wanting to try something new, this is a must visit and I know you'll keep coming back!

Went to Pearls for a nice quiet dinner with friends. Had the Brisket of Beef which was amazing but I am in love with the Crawfish and Corn Chowder. This Chowder was so rich and creamy and loaded with crawfish tails. The spice was just enough to make your taste buds say "Hello" without being "OMG!" hot. No wonder this is a signature dish a Pearl's.

The most delicious pork ribeye I've ever eaten! Just falls apart, and the flavors are just outstanding! Everything on their menu is amazing, but this stands out to me as my favorite! I love the red bean cakes to start out with. And the andouille grits and greens are a staple, that everyone must try. You will not regret any of these!

I love that you can order this several different ways; I enjoy blackened and corn fried. I always add the craw fish tails w/sauce option for an extra flavor pop!
