Bottle Daou, Paso Robles

The 2023 vintage lives up to its pedigree with an enveloping bouquet of cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, tobacco and candied blueberry accented by grilled meat, black pepper and white sage. The palate is broad, complex and commanding with flavors of raspberry, blueberry, cassis, blackberry and graphite. Traces of black licorice and dark chocolate join bright tannins on a full, layered finish.
